You can use this online tool to convert any image to a favicon that you can use on your website.

A favicon (also know as website icon, shortcut icon, url icon, or bookmark icon) is a 16x16 image that is displayed inside the browser's address bar or/and his bookmarks list.

Choose the image to create the favicon from:
- Supported image formats: GIF, JPG and PNG;
- You can use GIF or PNG with transparency if you need a transparent favicon;
- Maximum file size: 200KB;
- The image will be resized to 16x16 pixels no matter what it's original size is, so it's better to provide a square image.
